Stackwise is hiring a senior-minded Backend Engineer (Node.js) to design and scale the services behind our developer platform.

You will own features end to end, from data models to production monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build REST and GraphQL APIs with Node.js

• Model data in PostgreSQL and Redis

• Improve performance, reliability and observability

• Review code and mentor other engineers

• Work with product to plan technical roadmaps

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience

• Expert knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills

• Experience with AWS or GCP and Docker

• Solid understanding of testing and CI/CD

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka or event-driven systems

• Contributions to open-source projects
